Our policy regarding sales is first come, first served.
Requests to hold knives via email or phone messages cannot be guaranteed. We make every effort
to respond to calls and email in a timely manner.

USPS Priority Mail will be substituted for UPS Ground on orders to P.O. Boxes or military
addresses. We cannot guarantee same-day shipping for orders shipped USPS, but they will always
ship on the next business day at the latest.

UPS Worldwide Expedited to all other International Destinations
You must Contact us within 2 days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable and all returns
are subject to a 25% restocking and credit card, Paypal processing fee. The item must be returned
in the same condition as received and must be shipped fully insured via any common carrier. Most
custom knives are guaranteed by the makers we represent, and most factory knives carry the
manufacturer’s warranty. The only thing we can’t guarantee is the durability of natural handle
materials (such as bone, ivory, wood, pearl, etc.).
If an item needs to be returned due to our error, we will offer a full refund. Contact us before
sending any item back as a return. All returns are done at our discretion, and buyers remorse is
not a reason for a return. All Knives on special value page are non refundable And Final.
Layaways are available for Knife Purchases over $1000.00
We offer a layaway plan that allows you to pay for your order over a period of 60 days. You are
required to put one third of your order total down, pay the second third in 30 days, and the final
third in 60 days. Your order is shipped when the final payment is made at the end of the 60 days.
Shipping charges are added to the final payment.
If you wish to complete payment early and have your order shipped you may contact us at any
time during the 60 day period.
There is a $15 non-refundable fee for all layaway orders. This fee will be added to the initial
layaway payment automatically at checkout.
There is a $15 fee for removing or changing any items on an existing layaway order. There is no
penalty or fee for adding items to an existing layaway.
Cancellations of layaway orders are subject to a restocking and credit card processing fee of 5% of
the amount that has been paid toward the order at the time of cancellation. (i.e. if an order for
$300 is cancelled, and $200 has already been paid, there would be a cancellation fee of $10, which
is 5% of $200) – In addition – If a buyer defaults on payments at any point during the Layaway
period – it is at our discretion to cancel the Layaway.
Trading or Selling Your Knives
We will consider trade offers on an individual basis. We usually do not take trades on newly listed
items. Do not expect to receive full market value in return for your knives. If you would like to
propose a trade, please email us with as much information as you can, including pictures, of the
knives you would like to trade.
We will also consider purchases on an individual basis and prices offered depend upon the maker. We
recommend sending your knives to us for consignment as you will receive more money for your
knives that way.

Appraisals and Other Questions
Appraisals can be very time consuming and we do not currently offer an appraisal service. We also
believe that appraisals over the phone or email are often inaccurate. Even when a knife owner has
good intentions, it is easy to misrepresent condition, value, and other facts about a knife.
Due to these factors, we cannot answer questions about knives that you may have in your
collection, nor can we estimate their value. If you are interested in selling your knives, please visit

By placing an order the buyer represents that he or she is of legal age and that the products
ordered will be used in a lawful manner. We assume no responsibility for any harm or injury
resulting from the sale, trade, use or handling of any product purchased from us. It is the
responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal
and international laws in regard to the possession, and or use, of any item purchased. We are
unable to provide refunds in the event that the package that you have ordered was seized by
customs or other agencies. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt.
